Welcome to the Highlight Films Archive gallery. We have more than 1,700 hours of high quality, high definition footage of Israel, the Palestinian West Bank and Gaza. We own the footage, and we license it to customers from all over the world: production companies, broadcasters, advertising agencies, corporations, NGOs and anyone who would like to have some beautiful footage of Israel in a film, video, clip or advertising spot.

Our rates are usually lower than the rates of large, international libraries. So if you are looking for footage of Israel, check us out… We promise the best available footage and speedy service.

3D Footage Archive

In October 2010 we have begun filming and editing 3D HD footage of various locations in Israel. By the end of 2010 we expect to have covered most of the significant and popular sites in the country. We will continue adding the clips to this site. For news and updates about available 3D formats and technical issues, pleasse refer to the main Highlight site 3D production page.

Background and Technical details

Our stock footage video archive filmed with High Definitioncameras: Sony HDW-F900R and Panasonic Varicam 3700; Footage taken by HDV and Panasonic DVCPRO-HDX900; And our Standard Definition footage archive, presenting mostly historical video footage filmed in several picture formats: DVCAM / BETA / Digital Beta.

All footage is licensed in PAL / NTSC formats. We can provide the licensed stock footage on professional video tapes (Beta, Digital Beta, DVCAM, HDCAM or DVCPRO HD), as well as by digital files FTP upload.

Our default video format is 1080/25p.

We continue to film all over Israel, the West bank and Jordan, and more excellent High Definition footage is filmed, catalogued, digitized, and offered to our customers every week. We are proud to have one of the best HD archives, and our footage is included in the Sony showreeel of first-rate HD footage taken around the world.

While we sub license part of our archive through the National Geographic Digital Motion library and the BBC Motion Gallery archive, many parts of our stock footage library are exclusive and can be licensed only by contacting us directly.
